1. Tre Page III RB
Height / Weight: 5’8” / 176 lbs
College: Tarleton State (Transfer to Oklahoma State) (rs SO)

  • Elite acceleration with incredible top-end speed.
  • Unbelievable change of direction ability; displays great balance and sharp cuts that consistently make defenders miss.
  • Complete running back skill set; capable of succeeding in multiple run styles despite his perceived size limitations.
  • Can turn minimal opportunities into explosive gains due to his ability to find creases and make defenders miss in space.
  • Strong hands with the ability to catch difficult passes out of the backfield.

3DF Scout: “I scouted Tre in high school (Georgia) and he was my favorite RB to watch. College coaches and scouts missed on his talent, leading him to Tarleton State before entering the transfer portal this off-season (Oklahoma State). Tre is an exceptionally gifted athlete with elite acceleration and speed. He is an ideal CFL fit with the potential to become a generational talent.”

Player Comparison: Charles Roberts. Generational CFL prospect.

2. Taron Dickens QB
Height / Weight: 5’11” / 178 lbs
College: Western Carolina (Transfer to North Carolina) (rs JR)

  • High-level football IQ with elite production efficiency.
  • Elite accuracy and touch as a passer.
  • Consistently poised and accurate.
  • Natural leader who is highly respected by teammates.
  • Attended the same renowned high school associated with player and coach Teddy Bridgewater.
  • Holds the NCAA record for 46 consecutive completions in a single game.

3DF Scout: “As one of the top pure passers in the NCAA, Taron should immediately elevate the program at UNC. He comes from the highly competitive Miami recruiting area. His measurables were likely the primary reason he did not emerge as a five-star recruit or ultimately land with one of the major Florida programs. Taron will be on every CFL scouting report come fall ’26.”

Player Comparison: Projects as a future CFL All-Star quarterback with the potential to climb the league’s all-time passing yardage rankings.

3. Daniel Sobkowicz WR
Height / Weight: 6’2” / 192 lbs
College: Illinois State

  • Fantastic route runner with an array of moves to consistently create separation from defenders.
  • Above-average receiving ability with outstanding body control and concentration on difficult catches.
  • Dominates along the sidelines and consistently finds ways to get open in the end zone.
  • Superb footwork allows him to excel on underneath routes while setting up defenders with a lethal double move.

3DF Scout: “Daniel is a prototypical, technically advanced receiver who does many things well at a high level. He is not a burner in any sense, but that does not appear to limit his production. Simply put, if you throw him the ball, he will catch it. He projects most naturally as a slot receiver in the CFL who consistently finds ways to get open—and does so repeatedly.”

Player Comparison: Nik Lewis.

4. Beau Brungard QB
Height / Weight: 6’0” / 208 lbs
College: Youngstown State

  • Shows strong command of the passing game, particularly on intermediate routes.
  • Highly skilled rushing quarterback who consistently has explosive runs.
  • Keeps drives alive as both a passer and runner, presenting a constant dual-threat.
  • Strongly built and difficult to bring down in the open field.

3DF Scout: “Beau knows explosive football. In previous seasons, he was viewed primarily as a rushing threat, which made him difficult to defend. His continued development as a passer has elevated his overall impact and made him even more dangerous. His decision to remain with his program rather than transfer has been widely noted, reflecting strong character and leadership qualities. He projects as a favorite to once again win the Walter Payton Award. If Beau has truly developed the passing aspect of his game, he could become a human joystick and dominate. ”

Player Comparison: Franchise QB

5. Netinho Olivieri T
Height / Weight: 6’4” / 302 lbs
College: Penn (Transfer to Pittsburgh) (rs SR)

  • Projects as a fundamentally sound, assignment-driven interior player whose value stems more from reliability than from standout athletic traits.
  • Maintains gap integrity and demonstrates strong awareness of scheme responsibilities.
  • Better suited to play inside at next level.

3DF Scout: “Netinho projects best on the interior, but also has experience and has excelled in protecting the quarterback’s blindside. He has been highly effective in pass protection and, at times, has shown the ability to physically overwhelm opponents. His pro outlook will depend on continued development of his strength and speed. A highly intelligent player who has performed at an outstanding level in the FCS, he could emerge as a CFL steal following his final year at Pittsburgh.”

Player Comparison: Brandon Revenberg

6. Andrew Zock DE
Height / Weight: 6’2” / 245 lbs
College: Mercer (Transfer to Toledo) (JR)

  • Played linebacker in high school.
  • Initially committed to United States Naval Academy.
  • Elite first-step quickness.
  • Displays an advanced repertoire of pass-rush moves.
  • Possesses a relentless, high-level motor and pursuit effort; rarely loses vertically in chase situations.

3DF Scout: “Scouted Andrew during his junior year of high school, and he continues to improve every season. He has a legitimate opportunity to get drafted into the NFL, though a DE/OLB hybrid role in the CFL may ultimately be the best fit for his long-term success. Tough, team-first player who finished his freshman season playing through a torn meniscus. He should begin climbing CFL scouting rankings early in 2026 while playing for University of Toledo. ”

Player Comparison: Mathieu Betts

7. AJ Pena LB
Height / Weight: 6’2” / 238 lbs
College: Rhode Island

  • Highly athletic defender who plays with speed and physicality.
  • Hybrid safety/linebacker type.
  • Outstanding motor and pursuit ability that can make him extremely difficult to block.
  • Excels at shooting gaps and stopping the run.

3DF Scout: “AJ is an exceptional talent who now needs strong coaching to refine his technique and further develop his football knowledge. He is regarded by many as the greatest player in University of Rhode Island history, surpassing Steve Furness, which speaks to the caliber of player he is. Finding the right system and role that maximizes his strengths will be key to his success. AJ is at his best when he is allowed to play physically, get dirty, and track down the football. In that role, he has the potential to become a major defensive playmaker”

Player Comparison: All-Star LB

8. Jarrod Washington CB
Height / Weight: 6’2” / 184 lbs
College: South Carolina State

  • Possesses great size and competes at a high level.
  • Excels in zone coverage.
  • Shows very good anticipation and awareness when breaking on underneath routes.
  • Although he lacks elite foot quickness, he stays in phase with receivers by playing physical.
  • Tracks the football well and consistently makes plays on the ball.

3DF Scout: “Jarrod caught my eye in 2024 when nobody knew who he was. I characterized his talents as someone who makes plays on the football. Now, two seasons later and Jarod no matter the level of competition is one of, if not, the best ball hawking defenders in the game. Every NFL team is looking at him, and the CFL should be waiting for his availability because he has the potential to be a difference maker.”

Player Comparison: Disruptive All-Star Cornerback

9. Michael Wortham WR
Height / Weight: 5’8” / 180 lbs
College: Montana

  • Transitioned from quarterback to wide receiver during his senior season.
  • Versatile offensive weapon capable of lining up in the slot, outside, in the backfield, and contributing on screens, motion packages, and special teams.
  • Reliable hands with great vision after the catch, consistently finding ways to create extra yardage.
  • Displays excellent burst, acceleration, and overall speed.

3DF Scout: “His transition from quarterback to receiver quickly put him on the radar of scouts as a top prospect, and another move to running back could be a real possibility.. At the NFL level, he will likely need to earn his opportunity through special teams contributions early in his career. However, I believe Michael could ultimately find significant success in the CFL as a receiver, where the league’s rules and larger field would maximize his speed, versatility, and playmaking ability — provided those rules remain unchanged.”

Player Comparison: Chad Owens & Avon Cobourne

10. Ckelby Givens DE
Height / Weight: 6’1” / 240 lbs
College: Southern

  • Explosive first-step quickness with a burst off the snap that can make him nearly unblockable.
  • Violently attacks gaps and consistently creates disruption in the backfield.
  • 47 GP – 74.5 TFL – 34 SCK – High volume statistics that validate his impact.
  • Versatile front-seven defender capable of aligning on the edge or as a 3-4 outside linebacker.
  • High-motor athlete who consistently plays with relentless effort and rarely takes a snap off.

3DF Scout: “Ckelby is one of my favorite future prospects because of his character and the passion he brings on every snap. Put him on a CFL roster, allow him time to develop, and he has the potential to become a long-term CFL mainstay.”
